###### **Unable to connect your Business Portfolio**
If you’re stuck on Facebook’s confirmation page, the Facebook account you’re using may not have the required permissions to connect the Business Portfolio. Check that your account has the appropriate access, or ask someone with the required permissions to complete the integration.

###### **Products aren’t available to pin**
If you see the **“Not on FB sales channel”** tag under **Add Products**, the product hasn’t been synced to Facebook yet. You’ll need to add or sync the product to the Facebook sales channel before it can be pinned.
