What pricing plans does LiveMeUp offer?
We offer various pricing plans to suit businesses of different sizes and needs. Whether you’re a small startup or a large enterprise, we have a plan that fits your budget and requirements.
Starter: Free, includes limited features (for Shopify store only)
Pro: $89/month, offers extended features and capabilities.
Business: $199/month, for advanced needs.
Enterprise: $399/month, includes all features and VIP support.

Does LiveMeUp offer any trial period?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial period for new users to experience the features and benefits of LiveMeUp. This allows you to explore our live shopping and shoppable video features risk-free.

How does billing work?
LiveMeUp offers monthly billing with no variable fees or commissions. For Shopify stores, billing is handled by Shopify. For non-Shopify stores, billing is handled via Stripe with payment at the beginning of the period. Please visit our “Terms” page HERE for more information.

Are there any long-term contracts?
Yes, we offer yearly contracts on the basis of 10-month paid for 12-month usage.

Can I switch between plans easily?
Yes, switching between plans is straightforward, especially for Shopify users, who can manage their plans directly through Shopify. Contact the LiveMeUp team for other CMS.

What is the cancellation policy?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no binding commitment.

What happens if I exceed the live stream limit on the free plan?
If you exceed the free plan's live stream limit of 20 minutes, LiveMeUp will contact you to discuss upgrading to a plan that better suits your needs.

Can multiple users access one account?
Yes, multiple users can be added in the 'Administration' tab.

How long are replays available?
Replays are accessible as long as the subscription is active, with download options in Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.

What should I do if I encounter technical problems?
LiveMeUp offers customer support through a chat solution for all inquiries.
