Integration with Klaviyo (from July 1st 2025)

To set up an integration between LiveMeUp and Klaviyo specifically for capturing customer emails on the LiveMeUp platform and sending them to Klaviyo for livestream notifications and communications, you’ll want to ensure that the data flows smoothly and securely between the two systems. Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide on how to achieve this:

Step 1: Sign Into Your LiveMeUp Account

1. Sign In to LiveMeUp: Access your LiveMeUp account.
2. Integration Settings: Go to the Administration Menu then Integration Tab where you can manage or add new integrations.

Step 2: Setting Up the Integration

1. Find Klaviyo Integration Option: In LiveMeUp, search for Klaviyo in the integrations section.
2. Hit Login with Klaviyo
   

Step 3: Select your Klaviyo Account

Allow LiveMeUp to synchronize data with your Klaviyo platform by clicking the "Allow" button at the bottom of your screen

you will receive a confirmation message and can close the Tab

Step 4: Select the email lists to fuel with participants email addresses.

1. In Live Me Up Console: Select the list to synch with your upcoming event.
2. Verify in Klaviyo: Check your Klaviyo dashboard to ensure that the emails are being received and stored correctly.
   

Step 5: Utilize Klaviyo for Email Campaigns

1. Set Up Campaigns: Use the collected emails in Klaviyo to set up and send notifications for upcoming livestreams, updates, or any other engagement activities.
2. Segment and Personalize: Use Klaviyo’s powerful segmentation tools to personalize the emails based on user behavior and preferences captured from LiveMeUp.
