Select the relevant event and click 'Go Live'
You are now in the Live Manager, where the live session will be controlled and moderated - Click "Start test" to enable the stream and connect the smartphone.
You are in Test mode — the smartphone is connected, the stream is running, everything looks good — you’re ready to go live.
Time to go live, 'Yes open'
You are now really live and you can't go back! Smile!
Any products prepared before going live will be displayed in the Showcase section of the Live Manager.
All chats from your viewers and from you will be managed in the Chat section of the Live Manager.
You can pin a chat to keep it visible at all times — useful for highlighting a discount code, for example.
You can delete a chat if needed… though in our experience, this is very rarely necessary.
Track your numbers in real time — attendance, add-to-cart activity, and more.
Display a product when you talk about it, and all your viewers will see it appear on their screens.
Add a product on the fly — no worries, it’s super easy!
Choose that product from the product catalog
Time to say good bye! -> Close event
The live event is now closed, and we’re processing the replay. You did great!
